1. Legal Entity

Precision Vehicle Services is the trade name of CNR Services LLC. References to "Precision Vehicle Services," "we," "us," or "our" refer to CNR Services LLC d/b/a Precision Vehicle Services.

2. Nature of Services

We provide independent mobile automotive inspections, diagnostic sessions, post-repair verification, second opinions, and Vehicle Advice consulting. We do not currently sell parts or perform customer repairs.

3. Non-Invasive Mobile Scope

Our standard mobile services are non-invasive. We do not lift or jack the vehicle, place it on ramps, remove wheels or protective panels, or disassemble components. We inspect visible and reasonably accessible areas from ground level, perform functional and electronic checks where supported, and road-test the vehicle only when it is safe, legal, insured, and authorized.

4. General Inspection and Diagnostic Limitations

  • Services are non-invasive unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Standard mobile services do not include lifting, ramping, wheel removal, panel removal, or disassembly.
  • Findings are limited by vehicle condition, location, weather, lighting, access, seller cooperation, time, safety, and whether a concern occurs during the appointment.
  • A diagnostic session is time-limited. A specific cause may not be identified during the booked time.
  • Trouble codes alone do not prove a failed component.
  • No service is a warranty, certification, or guarantee that every defect will be found.
  • No report guarantees future reliability or roadworthiness.

5. No Warranty or Certification

Our services and reports are not a warranty, guarantee, state safety inspection, emissions certification, title verification, or promise of future reliability. Hidden, internal, concealed, intermittent, and future conditions may not be discoverable.

6. Customer and Seller Access

The customer is responsible for arranging vehicle access, keys, seller permission when applicable, a safe working location, and any authorization needed for a road test. If access cannot be arranged at the scheduled window, the applicable checks will be omitted and the limitation documented.

7. Customer Authorization

By booking a mobile appointment, the customer confirms they have authority to authorize:

  • Access to the vehicle.
  • Diagnostic connection.
  • Opening accessible doors, hood, trunk, and compartments.
  • Functional testing.
  • Road testing when included, legal, safe, insured, and authorized.

A road test may be refused or discontinued for safety, legal, weather, access, registration, insurance, or vehicle-condition concerns.

8. Diagnostic-Time Limitations

Diagnostic services provide a defined period of professional testing and evaluation. When the cause can be confirmed within the booked session, it will be documented. When it cannot, the report will describe the evidence gathered, remaining possibilities, and the recommended next test or repair-facility evaluation. Diagnostic services do not guarantee a confirmed cause.

9. Further Evaluation Recommendations

When a concern requires lifting, disassembly, wheel removal, internal testing, or controlled shop equipment, we may recommend further evaluation by an appropriate repair facility. Any such recommendation is technical guidance only and does not entitle the customer to that additional work from Precision Vehicle Services.

10. Payments and Additional Work

Services listed with a flat price are paid in full at the time of booking to reserve the appointment. Additional diagnostic time beyond the booked scope will not be performed without your explicit written approval. Precision Vehicle Services does not currently sell parts or perform customer repairs.

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Scheduled mobile appointments and remote consultations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or consultation will be refunded less a $25 cancellation and payment-processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or consultation are not eligible for a cash refund. The amount paid may be applied one time toward a rescheduled service completed within 90 days, subject to availability.
  • Missed appointments, failure to provide access to the vehicle, or failure to provide information reasonably necessary to perform the scheduled service are not eligible for a cash refund. Precision Vehicle Services may, at its discretion, allow a one-time rescheduling credit.
  • If Precision Vehicle Services cancels the service, the customer may choose a full refund or reschedule without a fee.

Document-review services (Used-Vehicle Listing Review, Repair Estimate Review)

  • May be canceled for a refund less the $25 cancellation and payment-processing fee until Precision Vehicle Services begins substantive review, research, analysis, or preparation of the written findings.
  • Once substantive work begins, amounts attributable to work already performed are nonrefundable.

Complete Vehicle Buying Package

  • Refunds must deduct the normal standalone price of each component already started or completed.
  • Completed consultations, listing reviews, inspection work, findings reviews, and written deliverables are nonrefundable.
  • Any unused included Standard Pre-Purchase Inspection follows the normal mobile-service cancellation policy above.
  • The package expires 90 days after purchase unless extended by Precision Vehicle Services in writing.

The same policy is displayed on the booking review screen, checkout, booking confirmation page, manage-booking page, and confirmation emails.

12. Vehicle Advice and Consulting Services

Precision Vehicle Services provides independent automotive technical opinions based on the records, photographs, listings, estimates, customer statements, vehicle access, observations, and testing available for the selected service.

Remote consulting does not include a physical inspection unless a physical inspection is specifically listed as part of the purchased service.

Customer-supplied information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. Precision Vehicle Services is not responsible for conditions or facts that could not reasonably be identified from the information and access provided.

Vehicle Advice services are not:

  • A warranty or guarantee.
  • A promise of future reliability.
  • A certified vehicle appraisal.
  • A title, lien, ownership, odometer, or accident-history certification.
  • A state safety inspection.
  • Legal advice.
  • Tax advice.
  • Financial advice.
  • Insurance advice or an insurance-coverage determination.
  • A warranty-coverage determination.
  • A guarantee that a seller, dealer, repair facility, manufacturer, warranty company, or other party will accept the findings.

The customer remains responsible for every final purchase, repair, sale, financing, warranty, insurance, and legal decision. Precision Vehicle Services does not act as the customer's vehicle broker, dealer, repair facility, attorney, insurance adjuster, fiduciary, or agent.

13. Service-Specific Limitations

Repair Estimate Review

A Repair Estimate Review is a remote review of documents and information supplied by the customer. It is not a remote diagnosis and does not establish that a recommended repair is necessary or unnecessary. Precision Vehicle Services will explain what appears documented, identify unanswered questions, and suggest reasonable questions or next steps. A physical inspection, diagnostic session, teardown, specialty testing, or evaluation by another qualified facility may still be required.

Repair or Replace Consultation

Repair or Replace Consultation compares practical options using the available information. It is not a certified appraisal or financial recommendation. Vehicle values, replacement costs, future repair costs, and expected service life are estimates and may change. Precision Vehicle Services does not make the final decision for the customer.

Post-Repair Verification

Post-Repair Verification documents what can reasonably be observed and tested during the appointment. It does not certify workmanship, guarantee the repair, confirm every installed part, or create a warranty. Hidden, internal, concealed, intermittent, or future conditions may not be identified. The standard mobile service does not include disassembly, wheel removal, lifting, ramping, or removal of protective panels.

Private Sale Readiness Review

Private Sale Readiness Review is not a certified appraisal, legal disclosure review, title review, lien search, odometer certification, or state safety inspection. The seller remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of all advertisements, disclosures, representations, title documents, and sale paperwork. Precision Vehicle Services does not guarantee the sale price or that the vehicle will sell.

Complete Vehicle Buying Package

The package includes:

  • One Vehicle Selection Consultation.
  • Review of up to three listings submitted together.
  • One Standard Pre-Purchase Inspection.
  • One findings consultation.

The package does not include:

  • Unlimited listing reviews.
  • More than one inspection.
  • Travel charges outside the normal service area.
  • Direct negotiation with the seller.
  • A guarantee that a suitable vehicle will be found.
  • A guarantee that the inspected vehicle will be reliable.

The package expires 90 days after purchase unless extended by Precision Vehicle Services in writing.

14. Electronic Acceptance

For every paid service, the customer must complete an unchecked acknowledgment before payment. We store the exact acknowledgment text accepted, date and time, booking ID, service selected, customer name and email, and the IP address and user agent when available, together with the version of the Terms and cancellation policy in effect at acceptance.

15. Reports

Reports are based on observations, photographs, scan data, testing, road-test findings when applicable, and professional judgment at the time of service. They reflect the vehicle's condition as observed on that date and cannot predict future performance. Reports are typically delivered the same day and no later than the next business day unless additional research or testing is required.

16. Customer Decision Responsibility

Findings and recommendations are provided to inform the customer. The decision to buy, sell, drive, repair, or otherwise rely on a vehicle remains the customer's responsibility.

17. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
