Precision Vehicle Services is the trade name of CNR Services LLC. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our website, booking forms, consulting flows, and contact channels.

Information we collect

Through booking, consulting, and contact forms we collect your name, email, phone number, service address or vehicle location, vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN, mileage, plate), the concern or reason for service, and any documents or photos you upload.

Document uploads for Vehicle Advice

Customers may submit VINs, vehicle information, listings, repair estimates, repair orders, service records, photographs, and other documents in support of a consulting service. These files are stored privately and are accessible only to authorized staff and service providers needed to operate the service. Files are not exposed through permanent public URLs; temporary signed links may be used for authorized access.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Precision Vehicle Services does not store full card numbers.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule, perform, document, and communicate about the services you request; to produce inspection, diagnostic, verification, and consulting reports; to send confirmations, receipts, reminders, and follow-ups; and to maintain records required for business, accounting, insurance, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes.

How we share your information

We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to run the business (payments, data storage, email delivery) and only as required to deliver the service you booked. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Consulting and service records, invoices, signed acknowledgments, uploaded documents, and reports may be retained for up to seven years for business, accounting, insurance, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing chad@precisionvehicleservices.com. Records may be retained when reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, insurance, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Cookies

We use only the minimum cookies needed for the site to function (authentication and session state). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
