Sample Report
This is a real inspection report shared as a sample, with customer details removed. It shows the format, photo evidence, and level of detail customers receive.
The report content below has not been edited. Only the customer and vehicle identifying details were withheld for privacy. The findings describe one specific vehicle on one specific date and do not represent what will be found on any other vehicle. The number and severity of findings vary by vehicle, and a report on your vehicle may be shorter, longer, or list entirely different items. This sample is provided for format reference only. It is not advice about any vehicle you are considering, and it is not a warranty, safety certification, or guarantee of condition.

Report
Limitations and inaccessible areas documented
This inspection was performed as a non-invasive, ground-level evaluation. The vehicle was not raised on a lift, jacked up, or placed on ramps. Wheels, skid plates, splash shields, underbody covers, trim panels, interior panels, and other components were not removed. Areas concealed behind these items could not be directly inspected. Brake, steering, suspension, frame, underbody, engine, transmission, driveline, and exhaust observations were limited to components visible and reasonably accessible from the ground. Internal components were not disassembled or tested unless specifically documented elsewhere in this report. Hidden damage, concealed corrosion, internal wear, intermittent faults, and conditions that were not present during the inspection may not have been identified. Findings were also limited by vehicle access, location, lighting, weather, safety, seller cooperation, and available inspection time. Further evaluation by a properly equipped repair facility may be recommended when additional access, lifting, disassembly, or specialized testing is needed.
Diagnostic trouble codes
No diagnostic trouble codes were documented.
